We appreciated this hotel for its individual atmosphere and accommodating staff. Good food as for continental breakfast. The property is ideally located adjacent to a boat dock. The pool was lovely.

Good location and great gardens.
We had a lake view room booked and while we did have some view most of it was blocked by a building in front of us. I don't know why holtels seem to give the minimum of what is paid for. A room in the building in front with an unobstructed view would have gone considerably further in our opinion of this property.

Cozy room that had everything we needed - a mini fridge, a desk to work on, and a TV. Spent the weekend here and for sure, we'd come back ☺️.

Pretty and wonderful place, we did not want to leave there.
They provided a plentiful breakfast with cakes and pastries. The location was stunning and wonderful in a beautiful area, so close to the centre of Gardone, the grounds and a taxi...

The hotel waiters were excellent.
We spent five nights at the hotel from 2nd to 7th September this year. Unfortunately this was not enjoyable! The room we stayed in was very poor although al other areas of the hotel were of a good standard. The bedclothes had a stong smell of damp, we raised this with reception and they were replaced again with bedclothes that smealled of damp that we had to use for the rest of our stay. The towels we were supplied with had many holes in them, luckily they were replaced. The floor of the bedroom smelled of urine. The patio area outside was flooded so we could not use it. We had an argument with the receptionist when we left as she believed we had not paid although we had paid Booked.net

The view over the lake from our room was absolutely breathtaking. It felt like waking up in a dream every morning. The architecture of the hotel added to its charm and made us feel like we were staying in a historical gem. The new pool was a welcome addition and provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The location of the hotel, although on a steep incline, was close to the center of Gardone and allowed us to easily explore the charming town. The breakfast, although not extensive, offered fresh fruit and good coffee to start our day. Despite some drawbacks, we overall recommend this hotel for its beautiful views and charming atmosphere.

Quiet, stunning location as it was located up a 200 metre steep road so no traffic noise could be heard. Our room looked out on to the lake. Although it appeared to be a large hotel with lots of niche locations hidden around the gardens, the staff were so personable that we felt as if we were staying in a small, family-run hotel.
It's a popular hotel with the locals for wedding celebrations so the weekends were particularly busy with cars and people. We had trouble parking on these occasions. We were lulled to sleep with the sound of the wedding entertainment! Fortunately, once the wedding parties were over, the rest of the holiday was peaceful and quiet.

Super helpful concierge (Manuela) nothing was ever too much trouble - timetables/suggestions/restaurant bookings etc. Very good indoor swimming pool (in addition to the outdoor one), steam room and sauna. The spa facilities had the feel of being brand new. Despite the fact that the hotel was fairly full, the space that it occupies meant that it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Huge parking area and very large grounds - with very good views across the lake. Our room was a decent size and the hotel is priced very reasonably for Gardone. This is our second visit to Gardone and I would be really happy to book here again. Cheaper than the Savoy, with better grounds - more money to spend on food!
The hotel sits at the top of a 600metre hill and is about a 15 minute walk to the harbour (but right next to bus stop). However, it is at the same height as the village and many restaurants - the whole lake area is obviously very hilly so do take that into account. As it sits on a hill there are a number of steps too. Not really a bad point but if you struggle with hills then you may want to look elsewhere (or hire a car) Unlike other reviews we didn't think our room was dirty, always cleaned whilst we were at breakfast and towels were changed daily etc However the hotel does have a feel of faded glory to it. The walls were very thin but this did not make any difference to our stay - guess we had quiet neighbours! Not the widest selection at breakfast but the quality was good and set us up well for the day.

The villa is beautiful in itself with a nice view to Lake Garda even though from far away since the villa is not on the lake shore but located up the hills. Nice breakfast with yummy fresh italian pastries.
Rooms were ridiculously small and they need deep cleaning and renovation. Dining is expensive. Internet connection not working during our 3-night-stay. Considering the price we payed, I think we could have done better in some of the other hotels & villas around Lake Garda.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, nestled atop a hill, provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The service exceeded our expectations, with impeccable room service, attentive housekeeping, and a warm welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, ensuring that we were able to make the most of our time here. The room amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and a spacious terrace where we could relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The hotel truly provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
There was absolutely nothing negative about our experience at this hotel. We highly recommend it to others.
